How to return a faulty Toner

Solution

If your toner is faulty please print out the print quality pages (as article).

 

Package up the printer including original packaging (ensure you reinsert the red holding clips to avoid damage in transit, which would void the warranty!) see attachments

Include the quality page print outs.


Contact support@ktecgroup.co.uk to obtain a Returns number prior to sending to us for testing
